Most docks inflate in 5–10 minutes using a standard electric pump (included). The 30ft dock takes closer to 10 minutes; the Two Port PWC Dock takes under 5. Once inflated, they hold air all day — just check pressure in the morning if it's been cold overnight.

All docks come with anchor attachment points built in. You can use a standard mushroom anchor (8–15 lbs depending on dock size) with 2–3x the water depth in rope. We recommend setting anchors from multiple points to reduce rotation. We're happy to walk you through setup — just shoot us an email.

Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days within the continental US. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it — no questions asked. To start a return, email us at dockholidayco@gmail.com with your order number.

Yes. All Dock Holiday products are made from UV and saltwater resistant PVC. We do recommend rinsing with fresh water after extended saltwater use, just like any marine equipment. The teak-finish surface is designed to resist fading, cracking, and corrosion.
