Paying the $25 deposit reserves your place in line for the next restock of that product. The moment it's back in stock, we email you first — you can either pay the remaining balance to complete your order, or request a full refund of your $25 if you've changed your mind. There's no extra obligation either way.
Most docks inflate in 5–10 minutes using a standard electric pump (included). Larger docks take closer to 10 minutes; smaller platforms take under 5. Once inflated, they hold air all day — just check pressure in the morning if it's been cold overnight.
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it — no questions asked.
Yes. All Dock Holiday products are made from UV and saltwater resistant PVC. We recommend rinsing with fresh water after extended saltwater use, just like any marine equipment.
